Another side of Me

我的另外一面

           Although I had been in love with designing after my educational years, I did not let go of my career of second choose, Geology.  Books that I like to read other than designing is all about Geology, culture and history.  It is just like a secret garden in behind my closet, when I have time or when I am stress, I would take a geology book and read for an afternoon, or I would turn on the TV and watch the National Geographic.  Many times, I couldn't step out the door to social with my friends, because I get hooked into one of these shows.  I believe knowing the world that I live in, I will learn the best way to appreciate and enjoy it.

自從畢業後﹐我一直也覺得我的生活離不開設計﹐設計這回事可能會成為我終生職業。但這些年來我一直沒有放棄學習天文地理﹐這一個科目跟設計根本扯不上關係﹐但我卻依然愛著。除了經常會看的設計書以外﹐天文地理的書﹐ 關於文族﹐歷史﹐甚至心理人性的書便是我最喜歡看的書。這一面的喜好像在我衣櫃裡面隱藏的一扇門﹐  打開來才看見背後的另一番天地。與我比較熟悉的親朋才知道我這麼愛鑽研這方面的東西。當我腦袋很疲倦的時候﹐拾起一本地理書便是我會做的事﹐或是扭開電視機看環宇地理﹐有時更會因為想繼續看下去而爽了朋友的約。我很相信深入認識我所所居住的世界﹐我便會學懂最好的方式去欣賞和享受生活。
